Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

• To perform troubleshooting in PLC software, Automation controls and Instrumentation aspect of the company.
• To ensure that all automation work order, checklist and PM activities are carried out according to the procedures and standards.
• Perform the routine calibration of all the instruments and proper documentation has been carried out.
• To support Engineering and production team in developing new initiative and ideas for better and reliable operation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Food Safety and Quality Culture

• Responsible for identifying and promptly reporting any food safety or quality risks, hazards, or incidents observed in the work area.

• Actively participate in food safety and quality training programs and culture-building initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards in daily operations.

QUALIFICATONS & KNOWLEDGE

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering graduate (Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical) or recognised Engineering Qualification
• Computer literate, Instrumentation & Control systems and instrument calibration, PLC programming, Process Automation and Electronic Instrumentation Repair.
• Ability to interpret the electrical diagram.
• Ability to repair instruments and electronic devices.
• Good Problem Solving skills and ability to work under pressure
