Qualifications

Work Location: KSA > Jubail

An exciting opportunity is available for Sr Analyst I, SAP Security Reports to, Head of SAP Security & ID Access located in Jubail.

Job purpose:

We are seeking an SAP Security and GRC analyst to join the SAP Security and ID access team of Tasnee’s EBS department.

The SAP Security and ID Access team serves Tasnee and all its affiliates within all the SAP components.

Role responsibilities:

• Provide applications support for SAP Security and Authorizations across all SAP components.
• Manage the SAP GRC system to ensure the smooth handling of SAP Access Requests and other functionalities.
• Do hands on work on User Management, Roles Management and other related activities in all SAP components.
• Ensure all cycles and processes within Project implementations and Production support follow established/approved guidelines, framework and standards.
• Serve as a Project team member on various projects and contribute to defining the SOW for SAP Security
• Make recommendations to improve processes and standards.
• Document SAP Security Processes and help in the creation of Operational procedures and guides.
• Work with internal and external auditors by showcasing good understanding of Risks and Compliance standards.
• Provide technical support and help with analysis of system upgrades, Hot pack applications and OSS notes.
• Communicate directly with Business to resolve and explain all concerns satisfactorily and within timelines.
• Work well and guide the offshore support teams as necessary.
• Develop and maintain an access risk ruleset. Conduct User access and SoD reviews with Business.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineer or related discipline.
• +3 years relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge and hands on experience on SAP S/4HANA Security and Authorizations, SAP GRC, SAP BW/BI, SAP BPC, SAP IBP, SAP ARIBA, SAP HANA Studio, Success Factors and SAP SAC.
• Hands on experience in GRC workflow maintenance and configurations around ARA, ARM, EAM and BRM.
• Hands on experience in global authority checks, table/program restrictions, SoDs etc
• Hands on experience on GRC Process Control and Risk Management will be a plus.
• Should possess exception communicational and language skills.
• Should possess excellent planning, organizing and Project Management skills.
