An exciting opportunity is available for Analyst, Insurance. Reports to GM, Strategy and is located in Jeddah.

Job purpose:

Responsible for insurance renewals and claims administration.

Role responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects to define the strategy and strategic initiatives for Support Functions within Tasnee HQ. Drive the implementation to achieve the approved strategic objectives. Responsibilities include:

• Collection of insurance renewal information, coordination with insurance brokers, insurance companies, surveyors, claim settling agents, etc.
• Insurance policy administration for property, marine, engineering, and miscellaneous covers (excluding medical).
• Follow-up for risk improvement recommendations with sites.
• Preparation of payment requests within SAP and follow-up with Finance until payments are released.
• Notification of incidents to insurance brokers.
• Claims records maintenance.

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business, or related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in insurance or relevant fields.
• Proficiency in ERP SAP is required.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
