Job Description

Role Main Purpose

This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our company’s visibility and drive business growth. You will be a creative visionary, a data-driven strategist, and a strong communicator, leading all aspects of brand development and management.

Operational Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Development:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand opportunities and trends.
  3. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including brand voice, tone, visual identity, and messaging.
  4. Manage the brand’s presence across all channels, including website, social media, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints.

Campaign Management:

  1. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand message and drive desired results.
  2. Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources.
  3. Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization.

Brand Positioning and Messaging:

  1. Develop and refine brand positioning and messaging to resonate with target audiences.
  2. Create compelling brand stories and narratives that differentiate the company in the market.
  3. Ensure consistent messaging across all brand touchpoints.

Brand Reputation Management:

  1. Monitor brand reputation and manage online reviews and social media feedback.
  2. Identify and address any brand crises or negative sentiment.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and favorability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
  5. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster brand expertise.

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities

Brand Team Management:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of brand specialists, including designers, copywriters, and social media managers.
  2. Foster collaboration and teamwork within the brand team and across other departments.
  3. Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Partner with marketing, sales, product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
  2. Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  3. Advocate for the brand's interests and ensure its strategic consideration in all business decisions.

Agency Management:

  1. Oversee relationships with external agencies, including creative, digital marketing, and public relations firms.
  2. Manage agency budgets and deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
  3. Provide clear briefs and feedback to agencies to ensure successful project execution.

Education & Experiences:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.

Knowledge & Skills:

  1. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding concepts, and digital marketing trends.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Experience working with creative agencies and other external partners.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Passion for branding and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
