Job Description

As a Specification Executive, you will be the initial point of contact with Developers and Consultants, responsible for setting appointments, maintaining relationships, and ensuring consistent communication within Riyadh .This role requires a foundational knowledge of our products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with Developers and Consultants.

Regularly meet and maintain relationships with clients within Saudi Arabia.

Coordination and Support:

Coordinate with the Specification Manager for technical interactions.

Assist in creating technical documents, catalogues, and presentations.

Product Knowledge:

Gain a basic understanding of our products and local guidelines.

Provide preliminary information to clients and answer basic queries.

Work closely with the Specification Manager and Engineer to align strategies.

Travel Requirements:

Travel within Saudi Arabia for client meetings and engagements.

Must Have:

Experience in Rubber insulation Products in HVAC industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in construction or building materials.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic technical knowledge of products and Saudi construction regulations.

Must own transportation and be willing to travel within Saudi.

Proficient in MS Office and creating professional documents.
