We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Specialist - Talent Acquisition to enhance our recruitment efforts and help us attract top-tier talent.

In this role, you will be integral to our hiring initiatives, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and selecting candidates who meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their specific recruitment requirements and contribute positively to our talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide support in defining job descriptions and specifications.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including utilizing social media and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ fit for the role and the organization’s culture.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Support hiring managers in the interview and selection process by providing timely updated candidate assessments.
  • Actively participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to the creation of effective recruitment strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and various sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
