Specialist, Sales Operation

Job Purpose

Responsible for optimizing and managing sales processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the sales team with tools, reports, and strategies to enhance performance. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate sales workflows, CRM systems, and the ability to deliver actionable insights to drive revenue and operational excellence.

Main Accountabilities

1. Coordinate pre and post-sale operations internally within the sales department.
2. Generate weekly sales reports, analyze sales data, collection levels, targets, and closing figures.
3. Verify the validity of documents, ensure proper signatures, manage files of executed contracts, and track contract progress.
4. Assist in managing transaction workflows to ensure seamless execution.
5. Maintain operational best practices to streamline property sales and transactions.
6. Manage the CRM system, ensuring accuracy of property listings, client data, and sales records.
7. Ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective actions in case of delays.
8. Archive and file all sales documents systematically.
9. Coordinate with departments such as Finance, Government Relations, and Legal to fulfill requirements for issuing sales licenses for off-plan products (e.g., Wafi, REGA).
10. Initiate the transaction process for title deed transfer.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of overall business management experience.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant functional area.
• Languages & Computer Skills:
• Proficient in Arabic and English.
• Computer literate with strong MS Office skills.
