Role Purpose

Company: Arabian Business Machines

Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers. Managing and interpreting customer requirements and persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

  1. Conduct presentations, product trials and POC’s management.
  2. Build technical and commercial proposals and present offers based on the customer’s scope and requirements.
  3. Achieve the provided financial targets on a periodic basis.
  4. Function as liaison to end-users, customer, project management team and technical support regarding solution and implementation specifics.
  5. Provide detailed specification and SOW for customer request/new requirements.
  6. Develop solution architecture and detailed line-item configurations/Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  7. Respond to pre-sales and post-sales customer queries related to Product/solution presentation and demonstration, Solution, Design and Specifications.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

Required Years of Experience

2+ years of software sales experience in mid or large enterprise. Experience in selling Software Solutions to enterprises, preferably SaaS model products/solutions.
