Brief About Dept.
A Business Development Specialist has a vital role to play in the growth and success of an organization. They are responsible for creating and implementing strategies that help the company expand its market presence, develop new products or services, and increasethe value of its offerings. They work closely with a team of professionals to identify opportunities for 3rd Party business development and make informed decisions to drive growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Business Development Specialist, key roles include the followings:
- Develop business strategies for expanding the industrial park (RPTP), and third-party investment projects by attracting new tenants and investors to maximize value.
- Conduct market research and analysis on industry trends, targeted industries, competitors, and regulatory landscape.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities within target industries.
- Revie investment models, feasibility studies, and business cases for opportunities.
- Promote and market investment opportunities to attract new tenants & investors.
- Negotiate agreements, facilitate meetings, and site visits, and manage the investor transaction process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor investments and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Report on business development initiatives, projects pipeline, and investment outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with stakeholder to execute strategies and align with organizational goals.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
- 10 years’ experience or more in a progressively responsible role in new business development field in similar industry with strong knowledge of petrochemical value chain and economics.
- Solid business acumen, strategic thinking capability, and negotiation skills
