The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is the alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

This position exists to perform housing service maintenance efficiently, in a timely manner, and to meet quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas
  • Inspects all compound locations to ensure that housekeeping activities are performed properly, maintaining a high standard of cleaning and hygiene.
  • Meets with housekeeping members daily to discuss and address housekeeping-related issues.
  • Follows up with the housekeeping foreman regarding weaknesses of each building attendant based on regular evaluations to improve performance.

Evaluation and Performance Management

  • Records building attendant evaluations regularly to reflect performance and impact on incentives.
  • Monitors and addresses weaknesses identified in evaluations to improve building attendant performance.

Inventory and Resource Management

  • Stocks sub-store inventory to ensure that the cleaning materials consumption plan is followed and implemented effectively.

Facility Management

  • Controls batches in early lunch to ensure smooth entry into the canteen dining area.
  • Arranges quarantine check-in/check-out for vacations and suspected cases to ensure a safe and healthy environment in the compound.

Resident Support and Communication

  • Attends committee meetings to support and resolve resident issues.

  • Performs planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
  • Resolves any related problems that arise and escalates complex operational issues as needed.

Resource Management

  • Utilizes resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time constraints.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Provides periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution of planned tasks.
  • Coordinates well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities where possible.

Quality Control

  • Ensures quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes and specifications for products or related activities.

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensures compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and high-quality delivery.
  • Maintains adherence to related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
