Job Purpose

Creating visually compelling designs that communicate the company’s message and promote its brand. Producing digital and print assets, ensuring consistency in visual identity, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the design process from concept to execution.

Key Accountability Areas

Design Creation:

  • Create original and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, advertisements, banners, presentations, infographics, logos, and more. Produce digital assets for multiple platforms and formats (web, social media, email, print, etc.).
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, maintaining the visual identity across all materials and platforms. Revise and update existing designs to ensure continued alignment with evolving branding strategies.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality design solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns, projects, and promotions.
  • Design Production: Develop and prepare final design files for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy in file formats, resolution, and layout specifications.
  • Coordinate with printers or digital teams to ensure designs are accurately printed or published.
  • Trend Awareness and Innovation: Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into the company’s design projects.
  • Suggest creative solutions and alternative design approaches when necessary to meet project goals.
  • Feedback and Revisions: Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs. Be open to constructive criticism and iterate designs to meet the needs of the business and target audience.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain design files, assets, and archives, ensuring easy access to project files and proper version control. Ensure all design files are well-documented and stored in an accessible manner.
  • Time and Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

  • Problem-Solving: Solve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
  • Compliance: Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment: Role Accountability Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
