Job summary

Saudi Telecom Company seeks an experienced Planning and Enablement leader to oversee Space and Ground Station services, ensuring alignment between business requirements, technology capabilities, and operational deployment while guiding cross-functional teams.

You will develop technical roadmaps, coordinate with Technology Infrastructure and external partners, govern planning processes, and drive continuous improvement to support future growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of network planning, service enablement and infrastructure planning.
• PMP and ITIL Foundation certifications are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, technical enablement and implementation readiness of Space and Ground Station services.
• Align business requirements with technology capabilities and infrastructure readiness.
• Coordinate planning activities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and technical standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning and enablement processes.
• Develop technical roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Monitor progress, risks and deployment activities.
• Define goals and KPI for the planning section and allocate resources accordingly.
• Coach and develop team members through knowledge sharing.
