Job Description
We are seeking a professional and decisive Spa Treatment Manager to join our luxury wellness facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead our team of spa therapists, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and treatment room preparation
Lead, train, and motivate a team of spa therapists to deliver outstanding customer service
Develop and implement spa treatment protocols and standard operating procedures
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices
Create and execute marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase revenue
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative treatments and services
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
Maintain and improve the quality of spa facilities and equipment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Spa management certification preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in spa management or related field
Proven track record in team leadership and development
Experience in luxury hospitality industry
Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and industry trends
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
