Spa Therapist Job Role Summary:

Working for a new International Ladies' only Spa division at their flagship location. The work is engaging and enjoyable, with time allocated for leisure.

Our spas offer luxury and relaxation, providing guests with a chance to indulge and rejuvenate. As an NVQ Level 3 Facial and Body Electrics, Massage, and Chemical Peels Therapist (or equivalent), you'll promote the philosophy of relax, restore, and revive.

*** NOTE: Due to recent changes in MEA employment laws, only candidates with relevant Certifications and Accreditation training will be considered.

You should be passionate about delivering excellent treatments, ensuring clients leave satisfied and eager to rebook, tailoring their skin and body journeys.

You will collaborate with your team to ensure smooth daily operations, maximize treatments and retail sales, exceed financial targets, and deliver high customer satisfaction using our spa products.

You'll work with various international brands and receive thorough training to ensure excellent treatment delivery and professional, personable service.

Responsibilities:

• Upsell treatments and retail products to increase sales
• Efficiently manage spa and beauty bookings to optimize treatment opportunities
• Perform treatments to high standards as trained
• Maintain a positive, inspiring attitude
• Present yourself well and wear the brand’s uniform proudly
• Ensure all treatments and services meet quality standards
• Stay knowledgeable about spa services and products
• Achieve set Key Performance Indicators
• Keep the treatment areas well-presented and maintain cleanliness
• Follow standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Report operational issues and suggest improvements to management
• Seek guest feedback and relay it to managers
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Have comprehensive product knowledge to assist guests
• Manage stock levels and adhere to usage guidelines
• Secure retail and professional stock and handle POS systems correctly
• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and management
• Perform any additional duties to support the spa’s operations

Personal Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualities (Essential):

• Approachable, confident, knowledgeable, well-groomed
• Organized, hardworking, honest, flexible, energetic, self-motivated, target-oriented
• Ability to communicate confidently in English

Technical Skills or Knowledge (Essential):

• Quick learner of new programs and procedures
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Email

Qualifications & Training:

• GCSE or equivalent
• At least 1 year of sales experience (desirable)
• Previous overseas work experience (desirable)
• Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3 in Facial and Body treatments
• NVQ Level 3 in Face and Body Electrics (Microcurrent, RF, Electroporation, LED, Cavitation, Lymphatic Drainage, Pressotherapy)
• NVQ Level 4 in Chemical Peels
• Sales experience: 1-2 years
