We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Recreation Manager to join our luxury wellness facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Spa Recreation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of skilled professionals.

  • Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
  • Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff, fostering a positive work environment
  • Develop and implement innovative spa programs and wellness initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and revenue optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and attract new clientele
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and exceptional customer service
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve spa offerings and guest experiences
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain service excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or a related role within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
  • Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and wellness practices
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and revenue optimization
  • Experience with spa management software and scheduling systems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
