Job summary
A leading hotel brand seeks a Spa Attendant to deliver professional and engaging service. The successful candidate will assist guests with spa facilities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth operations. Candidates should possess spa or hospitality experience and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience at a 5-star hotel spa or luxury stand-alone Spa.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong administrative skills including Excel Spreadsheets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all operations of the Spa and have knowledge of all Spa menu.
- Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards.

- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist in the all operations of the Spa and to have knowledge of all Spa menu
- Assist guest with the use of sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities etc.
- Assist guests with product information and retail sales
- Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers
- Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor
- Attends pre-shift briefings and handover to Supervisor / colleague at end of shift.
- Clean and tidy the areas when necessary
- To report any equipment malfunctioning.
- To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience at a 5

- Strong administrative skills including Excel Spreadsheets
