Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Follow proper payroll and key procedures.
  2. Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests.
  3. Coordinate guest lifestyle assessments with therapists.
  4. Distribute guest lists and important information to relevant Spa employees.
  5. Report regularly according to the established system.
  6. Manage billing procedures at the reception and reconcile funds at the end of each shift.
  7. Complete opening and closing procedures as per checklists.
  8. Schedule Spa service reservations and monitor treatment and staff availability to ensure prompt service.
  9. Organize scheduling to maximize time use and profitability while meeting client needs.
  10. Assist with administrative duties such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory reporting.
  11. Respond to phone, email, and written inquiries before the end of each shift.
  12. Maintain cleanliness of the Spa Reception area, fitness area, locker rooms, and relaxation room, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  13. Demonstrate professionalism in punctuality, grooming, and manners towards guests and colleagues.
  14. Comply with Health and Safety laws and conduct oneself safely.
  15. Learn and follow hotel fire procedures and evacuation roles; know the location of safety resources.
  16. Attend necessary training courses as directed by the Spa Manager.
  17. Prepare the Spa reception for incoming shifts and record handover information.
  18. Ensure adequate supplies of hotel and Spa literature for guest inquiries.
  19. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Spa or Hotel Manager, demonstrating flexibility.
