2. Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional client service.
3. Manage budgets, inventory, and compliance with safety standards.
4. Drive improvements to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in operations management, recruitment, and training (preferably in Spa, Salon, and wellness).
2. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
