Role Description

The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. This full-time, on-site role is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety standards, assisting in menu development, and ensuring customer satisfaction through culinary excellence.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills: Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
  • Leadership skills: Ability to supervise and mentor kitchen staff
  • Organizational skills: Inventory management, kitchen cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Menu development: Experience in assisting with menu creation and presentation

  • Prior experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
