Job Description

• Meet & Greet the Seller in an appropriate, warm, and professional manner to create a good first impression and build rapport.
• Guide the Seller through the relevant check-in, waiting, and deal area process.
• Perform vehicle inspections in a safe, courteous, and professional manner.
• Complete the Inspection Report accurately within the stipulated time as per SAC quality standards for picture and vehicle inspection.
• Identify the seller’s hot buttons using standard open & close qualifying questions and feed this information to the closer.
• Assist the closer in closing deals using appropriate trial closing, negotiation, perceived value increase, and objection handling techniques.
• Complete the necessary documentation for accepted offers and forward it along with the vehicle to the Operations team, ensuring full receipt.
• Ensure that all prospective sellers who accept or reject offers are sent off in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive image of SAC and motivate referrals.

Qualifications

• KSA Driving License
• Minimum 3-5 years of technical knowledge
• Customer service experience
• Diploma or degree qualification
• Strong vehicle inspection skills
• Strong customer experience and sales skills
• Proficiency in using browsers, applications, and email
• Native Arabic speaker
• Saudi national
