As a Product Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders both externally (such as Visa’s clients and strategic partners) and internally (such as CRM team, MKT team, and CEMEA Product team). You will serve as the key interface between our solutions’ business users and suppliers/partners, working in a team environment to develop end-to-end solutions and services.
This role requires strong product design, commercialization, and communication skills to understand Visa and other key players’ capabilities, identify Visa’s value-adding opportunities, and support our Business Development team in engaging clients with the best Consumer Product capabilities and solutions. Your efforts will help drive growth for both Visa and our clients.
Communicate timely with internal and external stakeholders (including business development teams, regional/global functional teams, Financial Institutions, and fintech partners) to ensure best-in-class solution delivery experiences.
Manage daily operations of Consumer Products such as performance monitoring, analysis, content updates, portfolio management, and reporting.
Collaborate with sales teams to build relationships with product and business contacts.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of all Visa Consumer Products and solutions to act as the primary subject matter expert, supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Travel for client-facing engagements (international and domestic), approximately 10% of the time.
This is a hybrid position. The specific days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Strong collaborative working style suitable for a global team environment.
Excellent organization, negotiation, and follow-up skills with business leaders and clients/partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
