Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and develop technical solutions to achieve business results.
• Lead enterprise client engagement externally, from pre-sales to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, architecture workshops, and POC delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor internally, collaborating with product teams to communicate feature requests and influence product roadmaps. Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge across cloud and ML products.
• Work with product teams to address Product Market Fit gaps and drive product development and iterations.
• Support post-sales solutions and collaborate with Account Executives on upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in cloud computing or related fields.
• Regional experience in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, demonstrated through past projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of cloud-native applications and big data technologies.
• Degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• Experience with large enterprise clients in ecommerce, retail, media, entertainment, gaming, or gambling sectors.
• Background in solution architecture or pre-sales engineering in B2B, especially in AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing.
• Deep understanding of public cloud services and business use cases, including CDN, security, video streaming, and ML applications.
