Solutions Architect / Presales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the planning and execution of various technical & pre-sales activities.
2. Analyze competitor products and solutions.
3. Assist in selecting and winning the first 3 projects of industry products/solutions.
4. Provide technical support to partners, including technical training, key project support, and guidance.
5. Plan and present technical demos or proofs of concept (POC).

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, communication, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of pre-sales experience in education (preferred), healthcare, government, or medium to large enterprise industries.
3. Excellent customer communication and presentation skills, strong document writing abilities, and sensitivity to new technologies; eager to learn and grow.
4. Solid network technology skills; holding CCIE, CCNP, or similar certifications is preferred.
5. Experience in network planning, design, and complete POC configuration and demonstration of products and solutions.
6. Proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong coordination and persuasion skills.
