The role involves driving sales growth by engaging with C-suite clients, closing enterprise deals, and providing expert consultation on workplace technologies. Lenovo Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) delivers a comprehensive, device-to-cloud managed-services portfolio covering modern deployment, unified endpoint management, service desk, and on-site support designed to enhance employee experience and business agility while lowering total cost of ownership.
Drive Lenovo s growth in Digital Workplace Solutions by sourcing, shaping, and closing large-scale managed-services engagements. You will hunt new enterprise logos, expand existing accounts through upsell/cross-sell, and orchestrate complex bids that bundle devices, software, and lifecycle services. Success in this role will accelerate Lenovo s services transformation and your own leadership trajectory.
At this role You will be reporting to our MEA DWS Sales Director.
Your Responsibilities:
• Target C-suite to identify workplace-modernisation pain-points.
• Qualify and prioritise large-contract opportunities & Lead proposal defence through to signature.
• Build business cases, price models, and contractual frameworks.
• Shorten deal cycles while preserving client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
• Execute structured upsell and cross-sell plays for hardware, software, and services.
• Collaborate with ISG, IDG, and SSG peers to maximise wallet-share.
• Foster executive-level relationships for long-term loyalty.
• Serve as trusted advisor on emerging workplace technologies while partnering with solution architects, delivery, and finance to align on scope and risk.
Requirements:
• 5 6 years of B2B sales experience in Digital Workplace or End-User-Compute managed services.
• Proven success in closing large, complex enterprise deals and navigating multi-tower outsourcing contracts.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, VDI, unified communications, and service desk operations.
• Familiar with device-as-a-service models and hardware-software bundling economics.
• Skilled in consultative selling with CXO-level engagement; consistently exceeds quotas.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• willing to travel across MEA when needed.
