Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Solutions Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the lead in advising clients on leveraging the Fieldglass platform to address their workforce management needs. You will act as a strategic consultant, offering insights and solutions that drive business transformation, efficiency, and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Fieldglass, guiding clients through the implementation and optimization processes.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Lead discovery and design sessions to capture business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Implementation, and Support, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients to fully utilize Fieldglass functionalities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new features, and updates within the Fieldglass ecosystem.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP Fieldglass or other vendor management systems, with a deep understanding of contingent workforce management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions and consulting services to enterprise-level clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and offer practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in Fieldglass or related technologies are highly desirable.
