About the Role

Our client, a leading
Telecom giant in Saudi Arabia, is actively seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead their Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing function within
mission-critical telecom programs. This senior-level role is key to ensuring
end-to-end quality governance across digital platforms, applications, and
infrastructure layers.

Key
Responsibilities


  • Own and lead the test strategy, planning, and execution across telecom platforms.
  • Manage a team of QA engineers and test leads to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define test scope, environment, and schedules.
  • Oversee functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing phases.
  • Establish test metrics, defect tracking, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory standards, SLAs, and customer expectations.
  • Work closely with delivery and development managers to embed quality in every stage.
  • Champion automation frameworks and drive test modernization initiatives.

  • Strong background in software quality assurance and testing within telecom or large enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing QA teams and vendors in large-scale IT/telecom programs.
  • Hands-on expertise in test lifecycle management, test tools, and automation.
  • Solid understanding of telecom networks, BSS/OSS systems, and digital channels.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Transferable Iqama
