We are looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to manage key client projects, especially those involving mega projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, meeting with them to clarify project requirements.
• Oversee multi-function project teams of 10-15 members, including Developers, UX/UI designers, Business Analysts, and QA personnel.
• Analyze current Agile processes, identify areas for improvement, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
• Manage projects using JIRA and Confluence, providing software training to team members as necessary.
• Ensure software quality standards are met and requirements are delivered within budget and on time.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Development Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and software development.
• Good knowledge of project estimation techniques.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
