• Lead the planning, development, and delivery of software products, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals
• Define product vision, goals, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and launch
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business value
• Conduct regular product reviews and iterate on product features based on feedback and performance metrics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product status and addressing any concerns
• Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to ensure product relevance and competitiveness
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies and product positioning
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, leveraging data to inform decisions and maximize product success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software development
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Trello)
• Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze metrics and market insights
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
• Certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)) are a plus
