Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and delivery of software products, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Define product vision, goals, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and launch.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business value.
- Conduct regular product reviews and iterate on product features based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product status and addressing any concerns.
- Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to ensure product relevance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, leveraging data to inform decisions and maximize product success.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the product team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software development.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to define and articulate a product vision and strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Trello).
- Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze metrics and market insights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)) are a plus.
