Job Description

We are hiring a Soft FM Manager to oversee and coordinate all soft services—including cleaning, waste management, pest control, and security—within large facilities. This role supports operational excellence, supplier coordination, and client satisfaction through efficient planning, administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage soft services: cleaning, waste, pest control, and security
• Oversee contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and service quality
• Coordinate supplier quotes, POs, invoices, and records
• Liaise with facility and fit-out managers for deployment planning
• Support audits, IMS documentation, and board reporting
• Handle client feedback and ensure service improvements
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and regulation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Business, FM, or Hospitality
• 8+ years in soft services/facilities coordination
• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of HSEQ, procurement, and service delivery standards
