Job Description: Social Media Supervisor

Overview
The Social Media Supervisor plays a pivotal role in shaping the online presence and brand engagement of our organization. This position is key in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance the company's visibility and customer interaction across various platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Supervisor will oversee a team of content creators and analysts to drive effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences. In an era where digital communication is crucial, the individual in this role will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives and ensuring brand consistency. With a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, the Social Media Supervisor will be responsible for tracking engagement metrics, optimizing campaigns, and experimenting with innovative tactics to keep our brand ahead of trends. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to elevate brand awareness.
  2. Supervise the social media team, providing training and guidance as needed.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform strategy adjustments.
  4. Create engaging content tailored for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing efforts and campaigns.
  6. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and technologies to leverage for our brand.
  7. Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase audience targeting and reach.
  8. Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  9. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  10. Organize and execute social media promotions and giveaways to boost engagement.
  11. Prepare monthly reports detailing analytics, campaign performance, and insights.
  12. Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all social media outlets.
  13. Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh social media content ideas.
  14. Coordinate with graphic designers and video producers to enhance visual content.
  15. Facilitate training workshops to educate staff on effective social media practices.

Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  3. Proven experience in leading a team and managing projects.
  4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  7. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  8. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  9. Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization strategies.
  10. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  11. Experience in budget management for advertising campaigns.
