Job description

As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a vital role in the continuous growth of our company's social media presence. Under the guidance of the strategic and creative team, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels, developing content strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and executing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor local, regional, and international trends to optimize Dailymealz campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with the graphic design team to create engaging visual content.
  3. Source and translate editorial content, videos, photos, press releases, and reports into compelling digital content.
  4. Propose story ideas based on audience trends and social framing insights.
  5. Generate monthly performance reports and campaign wrap-up analyses.
  6. Coordinate with design, SEO, paid social, and content teams to support marketing efforts.
  7. Utilize graphic design software to enhance brand engagement across digital platforms.
  8. Contribute creative ideas for marketing and website content for promotional materials.
  9. Plan and execute social media campaigns, tracking ROI and engagement metrics.
  10. Network with industry professionals and potential clients to increase brand awareness.
  11. Analyze post-performance data to optimize future content and campaigns.
  12. Provide insights and flag concerns based on social media analytics.
  13. Moderate user-generated content according to company policies.
  14. Maintain consistent content tone and branding across all digital elements.
  15. Engage with users by responding to comments, posts, and messages on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  16. Leverage data insights to develop strategies that foster positive engagement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in social media management.
  3. Expertise in social media platforms, including Facebook Business Manager.
  4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft brand-aligned responses.
