Job Description We are looking for a Social Media Manager for a marketing company based in Saudi Arabia. Location: Riyadh, KSA
Qualifications:
2-4 years of social media management experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as SocialBakers, Sprout Social, Hootsuite or HubSpot
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and/or any other editing applications is a plus
A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
A proven ability to work quickly, efficiently and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement social media strategy to align with the clients' business goals
Create social content supporting the junior team
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Source imagery from brands and/or brief in requests for the creation of additional assets required to align with the content strategy
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
Monitor comments and communication with the community, ensuring the correct departments are made aware and assisting in queries in a timely manner.
Maintain, schedule and manage all portfolio social calendars with brand marketing assets and delivery analysis for format series during most engaged audience time/day
Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face (agency roles)
