Overview:We’re looking for a digitally savvy, highly organized Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You’ll work closely with the team on creative campaigns, day-to-day content planning, influencer activations, and brand partnership initiatives across our three brands — LOCA, Blink, and Kind.
This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and plugged into the latest in social trends, creator culture, and content innovation — someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:●Assist in planning and executing creative social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
●Manage and maintain daily content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
●Schedule and publish posts, Reels, and Stories using social planning tools
●Coordinate with designers and writers to ensure all content aligns with each brand’s tone and style
●Manage influencer outreach and brand partnerships
●Draft influencer briefs and coordinate timelines, payments, deliverables, and agreements
●Track influencer content performance, usage rights, and reporting metrics
●Identify and research potential creators and brand partners for future collaborations
●Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging creator talent
●Respond to audience interactions, DMs, and comments
●Regular social media and influencer marketing performance reports and learning recaps
Requirements:●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
●Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media or influencer marketing
●Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok formats, best practices, trends, and creator culture
●Excellent organizational and communication skills
●Experience identifying and working with influencers and digital creators
●Comfortable collaborating in a small, agile team
●Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:●Experience in the beauty industry or with a marketing/advertising agency is encouraged but not required
●Familiarity with social media tools for scheduling and reporting
●Basic editing or design skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, VN)
●Understanding of brand partnerships and influencer platforms/tools
