Job description

1. Content Creation & Scheduling
1.1 Support the development of localized content calendars across platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).Create engaging, platform-native content in Arabic and English that resonates with the Saudi audience.
1.2 Collaborate with designers and video editors to brief and finalize visual content.
2. Community Engagement
2.1 Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
2.2 Escalate issues to internal stakeholders when needed and track recurring feedback.Engage with local trends and viral topics in real time to maintain relevance.
3. Campaign Execution
3.1 Support social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and real-time coverage of events or launches.
3.2 Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets and posts.
4. Analytics & Reporting
4.1 Track post performance and campaign metrics, compiling weekly and monthly reports.
4.2 Provide insights and suggestions to improve engagement and reach in the Saudi market.Monitor competitor social activity and industry trends. Ability to work in a cross-cultural environmentsAbility to work in one of the fastest growing scaling businesses in the quick commerce space

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
2. 2 3 years of experience managing social media accounts in Saudi Arabia (either in-house or agency).
3. Native-level Arabic with strong English skills (written and verbal).
4. Proficient in using social tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, etc.
5. Deep understanding of the Saudi digital and cultural landscape.
