Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Social Media & Campaign Monitoring Specialist at First Mover Co. The role is primarily located in Riyadh but allows for some work from home flexibility. The Social Media Analyst will be responsible for managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, executing social media marketing campaigns, and fostering social networking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor social media platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to track campaign performance and user interactions.
Analyze engagement metrics (reach, shares, comments, sentiment, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns.
Prepare clear, data-driven reports to support decision-making and content optimization.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in real time.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align reporting with campaign objectives.
Benchmark performance against industry trends and competitor activity.
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear visuals and summaries.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media monitoring or analytics.
Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meltwater etc.).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
Native-level Arabic proficiency is required; intermediate English proficiency is sufficient.
