Job Summary:
Oversee the development and implementation of social development initiatives and programs aimed at empowering the community and enhancing the role of both for-profit and non-profit associations in achieving social and economic impact, while ensuring alignment with national strategies and Saudi Vision 2030
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for social development programs in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Build and strengthen sustainable partnerships with charitable, for-profit, and non-profit associations to ensure sectoral integration.
- Monitor the performance of associations and provide support to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of services delivered to beneficiaries.
- Design and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that add measurable value to the community.
- Assess the social and economic impact of programs and initiatives and prepare periodic reports for decision-makers.
- Supervise awareness campaigns and volunteer initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration with government entities and the private sector.
- Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing charitable and non-profit organizations.
- Provide recommendations to improve policies and regulations that contribute to the empowerment of for-profit and non-profit associations.
- Lead and develop work teams to achieve established objectives.
- Represent the organization in official meetings and forums related to the non-profit sector and social development
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, Sociology, Social Development, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in social development, association management, or corporate social responsibility.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the non-profit sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in project management and measuring social and economic impact.
- Strong skills in partnership development and stakeholder engagement
