Job Description

The Security Analyst will participate in and be part of the information security monitoring and incident handling team to monitor and manage all information security incidents and risks, resolving them according to the business security requirements. The Security Analyst will collaborate with IT Teams and other Business Units to develop action plans to mitigate vulnerabilities and promote security initiatives.

Key Activities Include:

1. Work as part of a 24x7 security operation team.
2. Monitor the Security Information and Event Management System (SIEM) and follow up on all related security incidents and events.
3. Handle day-to-day operations related to security tasks to ensure continuity of work.
4. Respond to security incidents and report on incident handling and resolution.
5. Participate in forensic analysis, data recovery, and penetration testing.
6. Perform daily security analysis, scanning, and assessment for vulnerabilities, threats, and risks.
7. Conduct proactive research to identify new threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits.
8. Configure and administer security systems and tools.
9. Define and evaluate security technologies to ensure safe technology operations and cyber-attack detection.
10. Provide security recommendations to enhance the security posture within the client environment.
11. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions for consistent work execution.
12. Review and document security vulnerabilities and promote security initiatives.

Qualifications
