Job Summary:

Petro Rabigh is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Skills Trainer to join its Human Capital Development Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that enhance employee skills, support career growth, and contribute to organizational excellence. This role requires collaboration, creativity, and a solid understanding of modern learning methodologies and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with HR and departmental leaders

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs using various instructional methods (e.g., workshops, e-learning, simulations)

• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires

• Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance employee performance

• Assist employees in career planning and identifying growth opportunities

• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback tools and performance metrics

• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance learning outcomes

• Stay current with trends and best practices in learning and development

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between training initiatives and business goals

• Communicate training calendars, updates, and outcomes to relevant departments

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

OR

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in learning & development

• Proven track record in conducting professional training sessions

• Experience developing e-learning content via LMS platforms

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline/Studio, Snagit, and Camtasia

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Creative, strategic, and committed to continuous improvement
