Job description

• Ensure component conformity according to engineering drawings by managing incoming inspection & metrology activities inside the plant, and ensure the safety of persons and property in the working area.

• Define upgrade standard inspection protocols according to standard requirements (ISO 8015, IPC A 610, CQCP), select appropriate measurement equipment.

• Qualify equipment systems (Gage R&R).

• Optimize inspection methodologies using Best Available Techniques tools.

• Support production quality engineers in checking part conformity according to specifications in case of quality issues (component metrology).

• Manage the calibration program for measurement equipment in the plant.

• Secure the execution of the nonconformity management process in collaboration with QET4/5.

• Manage the entire program of product surveillance testing in accordance with the LOB instructions for the manufacturing entity.

• Support the part qualification process according to MCSV rules / FAIR execution.

• May manage functionally a team of QCS1/2 in production or incoming inspection, including developing their competencies.

Qualifications

Understands electrical products, especially Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB).

Knowledgeable in electrical testing.

Preferably a Saudi citizen.

Has good English communication skills.

Knowledgeable in report creation using basic Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
