Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site & Technical Civil Engineer to join our engineering consultancy and construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site works, providing technical support, and coordinating project activities to ensure high-quality execution within time and budget constraints. The role requires strong knowledge of project management tools, engineering design software, and familiarity with Saudi standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Review and coordinate design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera (P6).
• Utilize Revit for technical design coordination and 3D modeling.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Prepare progress reports, site logs, and technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi construction codes, standards, and regulations.
• Provide technical solutions to resolve construction challenges and site issues.
• Support project managers in planning, resource allocation, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience in site supervision and technical engineering.
• Saudi Arabia Experience: Must have prior experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia with full awareness of local standards and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Revit (design and BIM modeling).
• Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) for scheduling and project management.
• Solid foundation in civil engineering design and construction methods.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage resources, schedules, and ensure compliance with project scope and quality.
• Other Skills:
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities and decision-making capacity.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Valid transferable Iqama (if applicable).
