Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor for Hydro Jetting operations is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site hydro jetting operations. The supervisor leads the crew, enforces safety protocols, manages equipment, and serves as the primary on-site contact for clients and internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hydro jetting or industrial cleaning.
- Prior supervisory or lead hand experience required.
- Strong knowledge of high-pressure water jetting equipment (10K–40K PSI).
- Familiarity with confined space entry, lockout/tagout, and other industrial safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise hydro jetting crews at industrial job sites.
- Delegate tasks and ensure proper use of equipment.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company HSE policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor permit-to-work systems (e.g. confined space entry).
- Enforce use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operating procedures.
- Coordinate with project management and clients to understand job scope and requirements.
- Set up and operate hydro jetting pumps and associated equipment.
- Oversee proper pressure settings, nozzle selection, and jetting procedures.
- Ensure all hydro jetting equipment, pumps, and hoses are in safe working condition.
- Conduct pre- and post-job inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain inventory of tools, nozzles, spare parts, and consumables.
- Maintain daily job reports and client sign-offs.
- Document incidents, delays, or deviations from work plans.
- Provide feedback on crew performance and equipment needs.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for the client during operations.
- Communicate progress and any changes to schedule or scope.
