Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Site Senior Civil Structural Engineer for a high value Construction Supervision project in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee site teams, review drawings and submittals, and ensure construction activities comply with design and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 15 years' experience, a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Structural, and prior main contractor exposure to lead on complex site activities and ensure project quality and progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil/structural engineering.
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Structural) or equivalent.
• Experience with a Main Contractor is required.

Responsibilities

• Drawing reviews for construction compliance.
• Material submittal reviews for construction compliance.
• Coordination and management of Site Engineers and Inspectors.
• Review of method statements for construction compliance.
• Performing field quality inspections in support of Site Engineers/Inspectors.
• Observe, record and report construction matters affecting progress, quality or safety.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work on a unique high value Construction Supervision project.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drawing reviews for construction compliance
• Material Submittal reviews for construction compliance
• Coordination and management of Site Engineers and Inspectors
• Review of method statements for construction compliance
• Performing field quality inspections in support of Site Engineers / Inspectors, and in their absence.
• Observe, record and report construction matters that may affect the project's progress, quality or safety.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum 15 years of experience working
• Min. Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Structural), or equivalent
• Prior experience working for a Main Contractor

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Specific experience with cut and cover tunnel structures, building foundations, building structures and/or roadworks.
