Job description

1. Site selection and market research

Responsible for selecting warehouse sites, conducting site inspections, assessing business circles, and performing market research within the jurisdiction. Develops theatre planning and shop opening strategies to ensure site selection aligns with company strategy and market demand.

2. Business negotiation and risk management

Handles business negotiations, contract discussions, basic engineering condition negotiations, and project risk estimation to ensure feasibility and safety.

3. Cross-departmental collaboration and project promotion

Follows up on the entire process of project signing, reception, and opening. Manages issues encountered during construction, maintains communication with upstream and downstream teams to ensure project progress according to plan.

4. Engineering management and construction coordination

Manages offline shop decoration and equipment installation projects, ensuring construction aligns with plans. Tracks project progress, coordinates with owners, property managers, streets, and relevant departments, handles licenses, and resolves technical and construction issues.

5. Project acceptance and maintenance

Organizes comprehensive acceptance after construction completion. Manages warranty and maintenance of shop facilities to ensure long-term operational stability.
