Job description

The Site Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to facilitate smooth project execution. This role is pivotal in maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  4. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  5. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  7. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  8. Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
  9. Resolve conflicts and negotiate with contractors and suppliers as necessary.
  10. Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, conducting inspections and tests as needed.
