You review previous day’s performance metrics, lead daily operations meetings, and drive immediate solutions for any variations. Throughout the day, you conduct standard work audits, coach teams on lean methodologies, and validate ACES network initiatives implementation. You might facilitate a Kaizen event, analyze performance data, or coordinate with regional teams on network‑wide projects. Your role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring both daily operational excellence and long‑term process improvements.
