Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 12–15 years of experience in EHV/HV substation construction projects, including 380kV substations.
• Minimum 5 years in a Site Manager or Construction Manager role.
• Hands-on SEC project experience and SEC construction standards.
• Strong knowledge of GIS installation, power transformers, switchgear, protection systems, cable works, and commissioning activities.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• SEC-Specific Requirements Preferred: Experience working on SEC-approved 380kV Substation Projects.
• Familiarity with SEC General Specifications (SGS), SEC Safety Regulations, and SEC project execution procedures.
• Ability to coordinate directly with SEC Project Management and Construction Supervision teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical construction activities for 380kV substation BSP projects.
• Plan and monitor site execution manpower materials equipment and daily progress.
• Coordinate with SEC consultants subcontractors and project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure all works comply with SEC standards approved drawings specifications and project procedures.
• Supervise installation testing commissioning cable works equipment erection and related electrical activities.
• Monitor project schedule identify delays and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
• Review drawings method statements ITPs and technical documents before execution.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure productivity quality safety and timely completion.
• Coordinate with Civil Protection & Planning QA QC HSE and Procurement teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper closure of technical and construction issues.
• Support testing pre-commissioning commissioning and SEC inspection approval activities.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to Project Manager and management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and zero-incident project execution.
