Site Manager | Construction | Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project execution according to plans and schedules.
• Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors, labor, and equipment usage.
• Monitor site progress, ensuring timely completion of all construction activities (excavation, foundation, structure, finishing, etc.).
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and civil and MEP engineers to ensure site activities align with design intent.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Ensure adherence to relevant codes, client specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Resolve site issues, identify risks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate logistics for material delivery, equipment usage, and site access.
• Track work progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and maintain site documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, audits, and site walkthroughs as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the same field.
• Experience working in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in interior finishes is a must.
• Proficiency in project manager software and tools.
• Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.
