We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to oversee the execution and management of a power plant project. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of the project, while managing multidisciplinary teams and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Manage day-to-day construction and installation activities at the site.
  
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.
  
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning departments for seamless project delivery.
  
• Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
  
• Monitor project milestones and report progress to the Project Director.
  
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to prevent delays.
  
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, quality standards, and applicable codes.
  
• Maintain accurate site documentation (daily reports, photos, issue logs, etc.).
  
• Handle logistics, including material delivery and equipment mobilization.
  
• Participate in progress meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  
• Manage site-level budgets and track costs against Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  
• Lead multidisciplinary site teams and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure strong internal communication across departments.
  
• Support QA/QC processes, inspection test plans, and project handovers.
