Your mission [LR1]

As Project Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supervising the execution of power plant projects, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical standards, and leading site teams to successful project completion.

Your key responsibilities [LR2]

• Oversee EPC Contractor’s project execution for Combined Cycle Gas Turbine and Thermal Power Plants, including construction supervision, testing, commissioning, procurement review, and factory inspection.
• Manage and coordinate the site team, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and safety standards, and liaise with clients and contractors.
• Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, conduct site inspections, and oversee pre-commissioning, testing, and startup activities until handover.
• Ensure quality assurance/quality control, health and safety compliance, and adherence to local and international codes and standards.

We would love to hear from people with

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (approved by Saudi Council of Engineers) with a minimum of 20 years of experience in multi-national, multi-discipline power projects.

Who you are

• Full-time commitment to this project, with no involvement in other projects.
• Minimum 20 years of experience managing large power plant projects, aged no more than 55 years, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of international and local engineering standards, safety regulations, and laws of Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, control, and civil engineering related to project scope and tender documents.
• Proficient in contractual matters, claims, change orders, and interpretation of contractual terms.
